MANAGEMENT

The management defines the company's mission, vision and company policy, which outlines the principles whose enforcement enables the company to realize the vision. Each manager is committed to developing and implementing systematic quality management and continuous improvement of the performance of the area for which he is responsible. QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENT

The quality management and environmental protection system regulates and directs all business activities of the company and is our fundamental feature. The essential factor for the successful operation of our company is the achievement of high quality products and services. This is directly dependent on our work environment. That is why, in addition to activities for the realization of our business obligations, we also manage activities to ensure working conditions. We strive to provide an orderly, free and modern work environment in which each of our associates can successfully develop their talents. Good mood, confidence and respect are as important to our success as are technical and business skills.

CCE, as a globally oriented company, is aware of the growing and inevitably present problem of environmental protection and conservation, and is therefore embroiled in the task of acting as much as possible in this field. The basic principles of environmental protection are not limited to our activities and operations within the company. Emphasis is also placed on our external presence, which means being present in all forms of cooperation (from initial business contacts, through material procurement, product realization, cooperation with contractors to contacts with the end user of our product). In any identified or identified danger to the environment, we are prepared to influence, if possible, eliminate or minimize the negative impact, or at least warn it. This guided the company to determine the environmental policy and scope of the System in order to make it appropriate to the nature, scope and impact of our activities, services and products on the environment

TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT

Technical department comprise activites and knowledge needed to successfully complete our products and provide services.

At CCE, we are following development and have been trained to supply complex local and remote control solutions using products from major global manufacturers.

Control systems - scada and rtu solutions

Properly parameterized control and protection terminals, selection and connection of appropriate communication infrastructure, properly configured process database, process screens that reflect the true state of the primary system, properly functioning communication and computer equipment, ensuring information / Internet security of all elements of the system. We pay special attention to documenting our work. In this way we control the quality of the manufacturing process. Our working approach includes:

a block diagram and a basic description that we create based on the client's requirements
selection and supply of various equipment preparation of functional description and signal lists
basic preparation of computers and devices with the necessary operating system settings
installation of dedicated software and preparation of applications
the completion and construction of libraries and ancillary elements
making a graphical interface
production of a process database
development of non-standard functions
preparation of test documentation
factory testing
preparation of operating and maintenance instructions
control of assembly and acceptance tests

The possibility of configuring terminals has brought together complex software tools that require new knowledge and great experience, so our engineers regularly attend training at important world producers of protective and control equipment – Both for terminals of different purposes and for the use of software tools.

The acquired knowledge is then enriched by making test applications in our own laboratory, so that concrete projects are really expected to be fully prepared. Such a system allows us to make configurations quickly and precisely for ordered projects.

Complete project implementation requires the creation of applicative studies needed to define system elements and calculate the settings of the protection terminals.

Based on our manufactured documentation or by customer specification, we produce configurations for:

The distance and differential protection of the lines together with the complementary control protective and supervisory functions and the transfer of the criterion of protection
Differential protection of transformers together with auxiliary protective functions and voltage regulation
Differential protection of the throttle for transverse and longitudinal compensation of the lines together with auxiliary protective functions
Protection and regulation of medium and high-voltage compensatory devices
The protection of the collectors for all possible switchgear topologies
Protection against the failure of the circuit breaker

In addition to the configurations of the protective terminals, we also produce configurations:

Computer fields for the local control of appliances at the switch point
Stand-alone regulator of voltage transformers
Failures in the electricity system.

studies

For our own projects and external customers, we produce the following types of studies:

Calculation of short-circuit currents, power flows, identification of dynamic and static stability and analysis of electromagnetic transient phenomena
Determination of the secondary system concept based on the configuration of the associated primary system and the results of the network studies carried out
Optimization of the existing secondary system based on technical and economic criteria creating a selectivity plan and calculation of the settings of the protection terminals
Mathematical modelling and simulation of the operation of the primary system for management and regulation systems.

In making studies, we often encounter a lack of necessary input information. In such cases, we take on a rich database that we built based on experience from past projects. With the help of interpolation, we get the results that are very close to realistic.
